Caller ID over Bluetooth is back! A number of you let us know that after our last update, your car or headset stopped announcing who was calling. Thank you for the reports — that's fixed in this release, and incoming callers are announced through your car and headset again, just like before.
While we were in there, we also brought back a few Bluetooth call options that had quietly stopped working: Caller ID over call waiting, Vibrate with A2DP, and Disable Ringer. If you use Disable Ringer, the app will now ask you to allow Do Not Disturb access — Android requires that before any app can silence your ringer. It doesn't turn on Do Not Disturb; it only lets us quiet the ringtone while your caller is being announced.
We also retired the old "Aggressive" Bluetooth option. It was only needed on very old versions of Android, so you won't miss it. These fixes are in Enhanced Caller ID+ too. As always, thanks for sticking with us!
