On my ZTE device, messages are not announced!

Your device has power management settings that are quite strict. ZTE has customized their Android experience with Power management features that close apps to help extend your devices battery life. In order to fully use our application, you will need to adjust the following settings:

  • Go inside settings > Power manager > manage background: Here de-select all the apps that you want to send notifications.
  • Settings > Power Manager > Auto Start Manager: Here select all the apps that you want to send notifications

  • Go inside Mi-assistant > Acceleration > Whitelist: Here select all the apps that you want to send notifications.
