I don't hear anything when my headset is not connected!

If you don't hear anything at all except when your Bluetooth headset is connected to your phone, then there are a few things that you should check!

• Under Other Options, make sure that Headset only is not checked.
• eCID respects the volume of your ringer (nobody appreciates a phone that speaks during a meeting!), so make sure that your phone is not on silent/vibrate.
• Is eCID even running? The app can't speak if it is not running!
• Did you make sure to enable the talking feature for calls and SMS messages?
• Are you screening SMS messages or phone calls?
